Well folks my niece's wedding is a month away. I am so excited to share all of the great projects that we've been working on over the last several months but I am so very slack and I only have a few pictures to share with you as of now. But never fear, I will definitely be taking lots of pictures of every detail on the big day.
One of the biggest means of controversy during the whole wedding planning process were the centerpieces. When my niece first came to me and asked for my help the centerpieces were the first big idea that we came up with. The idea was to come up with something big, eye catching, a little glitzy, and a little rustic, Oh and did I forget to mention... CHEAP.  The family has be very forthcoming in the fact that they hate them. But, Amelia loves them, I love them, and they cost almost nothing.
My friend started saving bulk size vegetable cans from the restaurant that she worked, Amelia and Brett tediously wrapped each can with burlap string, and I started a new sport called "branch hunting". With these three steps along with a wonderful maid of honor who cut out thousands and I do mean thousands of paper butterflies this is what we created. I also added a burlap square with the couple's monogram and a sprinkle of glitter.Tell me what you think.
